The Team
Our staff at CRW Consultancy pride themselves on maintaining the highest quality care and support in a friendly and professional manner. They are highly trained and experienced in working with young people and are committed to ensuring a better quality of life for young people in need of transitional support.
Our staff are DBS checked and undergo ongoing training to ensure they are well equipped to offer our support services. Our new staff are supported by supervision to enable them to improve the support they offer and also by a mentoring scheme to help them make the best start to a hugely rewarding career journey.
Our Manager
The service manager has many years experience supporting young people and vulnerable adults with complex needs in various care settings. He holds the following qualifications: MA Social Work, Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
Project and Support Workers
All Project Workers will have gained or will be working towards achievement of a minimum level of NVQ 3/QCF or equivalent. This level is above the requirements in government guidelines.
