Make a Referral

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your consideration to refer your client to CRW Consultancy.

In our aim to support those in need, we will interview everyone that we believe we may be able to help. We endeavour to interview potential clients within seven days of receiving their referral. 

We appreciate that referral applications can be time consuming. We have simplified the process by offering two methods of referral, an online form or a downloadable form that can be completed offline, so that you can choose what works best for you. 

We make the rest of the process as easy as possible too, by showing you around properties that may suit your client and providing ample opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Support

At CRW Consultancy our services are designed to provide a holistic response to the needs of our clients. 

We can offer a wide range of services, from helping with tenancy related issues to assisting with emotional, wellbeing and health related concerns. 

We support our clients to stay well and healthy. We work with them to build coping strategies to help manage their health, finances and relationships in the long-term. 

By engaging with our support services, we want our clients to one day be able to wave goodbye to us and feel happy, confident and safe taking the next steps in their future. 

Process

After receiving a referral we will arrange to meet with the prospective client and interested parties to discuss the level and type of support required. 

This will enable a draft plan to be devised and a support plan to be developed, taking into account support needs related to emotional wellbeing. The support plan development process will involve talking with a social worker about funding. 

A start date will be decided and we can then arrange a move-in date for your client. If the client would prefer to stay for a few days at first, we can discuss a managed arrival. This is a possibility if they are beginning a phased return to the community after leaving hospital.
