Planned Referrals
CRW Consultancy does not provide emergency, direct access accommodation. We are unable to respond to the need for emergency accommodation due to the way that we are funded, and the way support services are paid for.
We will work with potential clients, their social workers or Community Psychiatric Nurse, to make the process from referral to acceptance as quick as possible. This will mean that a referral needs to be made in writing to the service. An interview will follow, which will allow everyone involved to view the accommodation and to meet some of the staff.
Once the funding has been secured for the support the placement can go ahead. Housing Benefit will pay for the accommodation, and the client will pay a small charge that funds items not covered by Housing Benefit.
